Just leave me a note on what you take so I have plenty upon your return!. The jewels you ask? Well, hopefully you find my scattered thoughts as precious as gems.

Thursday Thirteen--SONGS for my NANO

Hello Gang! Thanks for stopping by! This week's list will be songs to put on my Ipod! Yup... I recieved a Nano for Christmas and with a little...ummm okay....ALOT of help, I know how to put songs on it! YAY me!! But first this video. A "must see" courtesy of our very own Soul Patrolman, Taylor Hicks. Just watching him trying to sit still for 3 minutes is too special for words!

And now **sigh** onto the list.

1. Chances Are---Vonda Shepard and Robert Downey Jr. from the Ally McBeal soundtrack. I loved that series and this song was sung during such poignant scene.

2. The Way I Choose--Bad Company way back in 1974.

3. Seagull--also Bad Company

Moving onto the sountrack from The BodyGuard came 2 songs that I really like:
4. Peace, Love and Understanding--Curtis Stigers and
5. Trust in Me--Joe Cocker teaming up with Sass Jordan

Okay... so when I get to thinking about Joe Cocker I get sidetracked! I ran over to Go Fish and Audiocodes and check this out! Mr. Joe Cocker at Woodstock and then again just a year or so ago! The man with a lucrative career spanning 5 decades! The first video has JC nearly scarey with arms as windmills out of control and then to quiet reserved behavior with subtle hand twitches.

Well the gremlins are at it again! Go to Gofish.com to check out over 8 minutes of Joe Cocker at Woodstock...the codes just don't want to visit Julie's Jewels and Junque! Hmmmm.....

6. With a Little Help From My Friends--Joe Cocker

7. One--Joe Cocker

Now I have the Soundtrack to City of Angels which has some real good stuff. Let's see here....This album has an amazing range from Honkey tonk to ethereal tones.

8. Red House--yup Jimi Hendrix

9. Feelin' Love--Paula Cole

10. Iris--Goo Goo Dolls

My next disk is the soundtrack to The Commitments. And I would say that would make my Thursday thirteen turn into a Thursday twenty-three because every song from this disk is going straight into the NANO! Great album....check it out!

I hope you enjoyed my picks! Have a great day.

**holds breath and clicks on publish**

Hugs, Happiness and Harmony!

Julie
