I've been married to Jeff since 1994, have 3 children Nathan(27) Sara(25) and Lucas(21). I'm way too busy for my own good and haven't learned to say "no" very well. I am Co-founder/editor/publisher of a Christian newspaper. I am very involved in church and community outreach. I place foreign exchange students through Nacel Open Door. I have a cat, Lucy and a dog, Cali. I have wonderful friends who love me and I'm going to heaven when this is all said and done! How 'bout you?

I say Happy Holidays because I like the phrase. I'm not really sure what difference it makes.

My thoughts on the holidays:
I don;t give a damn what people celebrate and I'm sick of all these blowhards going nuts over Santa needing to lose weight and kids not being allowed to say, "Merry Christmas" in schools. I think "HO HO HO" should never be changed to "HA HA HA" because that's stupid and also because it makes Santa sound like he's having a nervous breakdown.
I could care less what other people choose to say for the holidays. I use the word, "holidays" a lot this time of year simply because I hate saying "I hope you're having a merry christmas!" when it's not yet Christmas day...LOL. So, I say "I hope you're having happy holidays!" instead. But to each his own... whatever other people want to say for Christmas, Hannukah, kwazaa or whatever the fuck they celebrate... I don't care. I'm not going to argue with them or yell at anyone for not being PC because I just don't care...LOL. I might think that all this has goten stupid and that people are making things melodramatic by wanting to change shit all over the place, but that's just me. I say... leave santa and his HO's alone!!!
