Wow! That's amazing. Even though I grew up in a place where deer pretty much roamed around all the time-I'm still in awe of them whenever I see them.

I would have gone for a walk with the deer!

I used to hike in a park close to me ... and the deer often followed me as I walked. ((really)).

They would even attempt to follow me home sometimes, so I had to scare them back before getting close to city streets. The deer were so tame, you could almost walk up and pet them on the head. I do not know if they were like this to everyone, and it never happened with others around.

One time I could NOT get the deer to stop following me AT ALL. There they were walking through the neighborhood right behind me "on the street" People were looking out the window at SpeedyCat and his deer going past their driveways.

So, I would NOT shoot one. I would tell him a story and go hiking!

LOL! Didn't mean to scare you. I didn't even kill my spider Julie! She ran around in that ziplock bag all day until someone stuck her in the freezer... I still don't know who did that.

No, I am all for Peace and Harmony in nature (except for snakes... does that make me bad?).

There is a blogger on my blog roll that you might like. His name is Archie, and he is a hip young Christian man that works (I think) for Joyce Meyer ministries. He has a cool blog and is a great commentor. His wife blogs as well and they are fast becoming one of my favorite couples in blogland... next to you and Travis. Your brother/Sister-like blogger buddy thing with Trav is up there with Donnie and Marie. Are you a little bit country? Does he wear purple socks? BWAHAHAHAHA! I crack me up.

I'd have said nothing, holding my breath in the hope that it would stay.

I have started teaching in a really posh private school and on Tuesday I saw 6 deer outside my classroom (mine is last on the far corner of the building). I was sooooooo excited and the pupil said he hadn't seen them there before.

Jen! I'll have to check out Archie and his wife. Ummm about Trav's socks...i think I only saw his leg once...and his socks weren't showing. Tee hee hee!

TopChamp! I know! Watching them is just majesty in action. As long as I never hit one...then I might think differently.

    Dana! But of course!
