It's a post!

I like flowers…LOTS of them.

So when Jeff told me that he was bringing flowers home as an anniversary gift I got excited.

I remembered this day when I saw the bundle of flowers last week. I remembered how I spent an entire day prepping flowers and arranging them in vases. Many vases. So many vases that I delivered arrangements to a couple friends.

So the bundle of flowers Jeff got me last week manifested SIX vases! Is that not cool? I knew you would agree with me!

So when I get a bundle of flowers I always separate the types to know exactly what I have to make my arrangements.

I lit a candle, poured some wine, put on some great music and got to work! (Not necessarily in that order.)

So now I need to put these vases all over my house...

So the tulips like pennies..

something about that tiny bit of copper in the penny preserves the flower....

and the roses like hot water...yeah...not all roses though!

These are Gerbera daisies and I love them!

Not sure what these are ... any ideas?

...the standard carnations...

These flowers always have a tendency to bleed into the water. Today the water is bright red!

I think I want to be a florist when I grow up!

WAIT?

I AM grown up?

Please tell me it’s not so!
